I have just posted a blog on my account on Everyday Citizen. It is a little step away from my role in the labor world. I have been asked to be on the Steve Kraske show tomorrow to talk about new media and how it is applied to elections. I am excited to get to be on the show with two excellent experts in there field, Zain Khan, CEO of iConstituent which provides e-communication formats to legislators; and Aaron Shaw of the Pew Internet and American Life Project. If you get a chance to listen in it should be informative. These technologies that we are using on this blog and social networking sites are tools for real change. Labor is shaping up to be at the forefront of that change. We are building community and using tools that many across the country have still not picked up on. If you get a chance check out the blog and listen in to the show.
